Our latest innovation is a mobile charging and stoking machine (CHM Series) that works completely remote: designed for safest furnace tending.

In addition to the operator stand on the machine, you receive an identical one to control the machine from another position. The operator maintains a clear overview of the surroundings and the furnace area from a safe distance using two monitors (with an optional third for enhanced visibility). The three specially protected cameras on the machine enable different viewing angles. Meanwhile the machine is controlled via foot pedal and joystick on the remote-control stand. Charging, stoking and distributing – all remotely.

High safety and a perfect overview – only the high temperature resistant machine is exposed to the furnace area. Here, it is captured during its test run at our facility before entering full operations – maybe soon at your site?
